Theoretically, New product development and strategic entrepreneurship are considered the same thing, specially when viewed in the context of established and professionally managed organizations. However, the reality of these product development processes in Multinational organizations operating in our local market of Pakistan (e.g. Unilever, Protector & Gamble, KSB Pumps, Telenor and TRG), is not compatible with the concept of strategic entrepreneurship.
